TEAM FORMATION (MERGERS)

Building the Best Experience for Every Player

Our priority is providing every athlete with the best possible development experience.

To create balanced teams at the appropriate skill level, North Shore Minor Lacrosse may partner with neighbouring associations when registration numbers require it.

What This Means

  • Players may be placed on merged teams with athletes from other associations.

  • Practices, games, and team activities may take place on the North Shore or in neighbouring communities.

  • Final team placements are determined after evaluations and/or tryouts.

  • Registration does not guarantee placement on a specific team.

  • Waitlists may be created if divisions reach capacity or there are insufficient players to form a team.

We appreciate your flexibility as we work to create the best possible experience for every player.

TIER 1 ASSESSMENTS & EVALUATIONS

Players interested in Tier 1 (Rep) teams are welcome to attend tryouts in eligible divisions.

Tier 1 Assessment Fee: $25

Please Note

  • Tier 1 tryouts are available for eligible U11–U18 divisions.
